Text Message Terms and Conditions

Long Term Assurance, LLC

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms apply to the text (SMS) messages Long Term Assurance, LLC (“LTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends to clients about their benefits applications.

The messaging program

Long Term Assurance sends text messages to existing clients about their own case. Messages include notifications that a document is ready to sign, requests for documents needed to continue an application, appointment reminders, and updates on the status of a VA or Medicaid benefits application.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text people who are not our clients.

How you enroll

We send text messages only to people who have given us their phone number and agreed to receive them. Clients give this consent verbally when engaging our services, after we explain what messages we send, how to get help, and how to opt out. We then send an email confirming that text updates have been enabled and how to stop them.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity on your case. You may receive several messages in a week when your application is active and needs documents or signatures, and none for long stretches when it does not.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. Long Term Assurance does not charge you for these messages.

How to stop messages (STOP)

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

To start receiving messages again, reply START.

How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us directly:

Phone: 602-288-9094
Email: Office@LTAinfo.com

What opting out means for your case

We cannot advocate for you if we cannot reach you. Benefits applications depend on responding to agency requests, deadlines, and signature requirements, often on short notice.

If you opt out of text messages, we may contact you by phone, email, or mail to explain what that means for your application and to ask whether you would like to restore text contact. We will not text you again unless you ask us to. If you decline, we will honor that and stop.

Supported carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you provide to us is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
